62nd Lewes Antiques Show & Sale, Fridays, July 8 and 9, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. • Admission: $5.00 • allows admission for both days. This two-day event is held at Bethel United Methodist Church, 129 W 4th Street, Lewes, DE 19958. Whether you live locally or visit the beaches of Delaware, come help us celebrate the 62nd anniversary of Lewes Antiques Show & Sale . This indoor exhibit features quality antiques, collectibles, artwork and photography from 17 regional dealers and offers something for everyone at reasonable prices. Bethel United Methodist Church is accessible to people with disabilities. Lunch can be purchased; prepared by Bethel parishioners to include delicious homemade desserts. 7 silent auction items: The big race by Jack Wiberg, Giclée Print on Canvas depicts the great Clipper Ships race between New York and San Francisco in the 1850s. 3 pieces by local artist David Trout: Western bluebirds the original oil on canvas was donated by the artist, The wave original oil on canvas, pink flowers original oil on canvas. Butterfly dish by Anna Beebe Moore, hand painted ceramic; size 5″x5″. Shell by Edilu Nehrbas, watercolor of a tulip shell. The carpenter by Howard Schroeder, oil on canvas courtesy of Phil and Elizabeth Fields. This historic and significant work of art was created at the “Sketch Group” of the Rehoboth Art League in May 1989 and includes a handwritten note from the artist on the back of the canvas. All bidders must register in person!

Free parking available. Self-guided tours of this historic church are available. Be sure to see the beautifully restored stained glass windows. All proceeds benefit the fundraising campaign. In addition to the display and sale of Lewes antiques, the Bethel Women’s Ministry sponsors a “priceless” curio shop located in the Parsonage meeting house, directly opposite the church.
