Pre-registration required to bid: You must submit the signed Terms and Conditions and Online Bidding Form along with a deposit to be approved for auction. Acceptable forms of deposit are cashiers checks, money orders and wire transfers (funds must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled auction end time or you may not be permitted to bid before the end of the auction). The credit card authentication process does not meet this requirement. Your buying power will be 4x the amount of your deposit. For example, if you send $1,000, you will be approved for a bid of up to $4,000. All unspent deposits will be processed for a refund within 72 business hours of the conclusion of the auction.

Auction date: The online auction will open on Friday July 15, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. and the closing of the first lot is scheduled for Wednesday July 20, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. RemoteBidding.MaltzAuctions.com or download the Maltz Auctions app from the Apple Store or Google Play.

Bidding Process: If a bid is placed with less than one minute remaining, the bidding period will be extended so that there is one minute left for competing bids to be entered. If further auctions occur, the extension timer will be reset to one minute. Once no other bidding activity occurs, the sale ends when the timer expires.

To pay: A minimum deposit of 25% in cash, money order or cashier’s check as outlined in the instructions above. All funds must be made payable to Maltz Auctions, Inc.

Buyer’s Premium: A 13.5% buying commission will be added to all offers to determine the total purchase price.

Sales tax: Sales tax will be collected from all buyers without a valid resale certificate.
