Waterfront home, specialty hospitals, homes and land among online auction bids ending August 10

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–A beachfront home in Crawfordville, Fla., a lakeside site in Tallahassee, former specialty hospitals in Oklahoma and Kansas, and other properties are being sold in a sale to auction conducted by the Tallahassee-based company Seven Hills Auctions.

The online auction, for which bidding is already underway, also includes real estate in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee.

“This auction includes real estate sold by super regional banks, private equity groups and other highly motivated sellers. This may be the best group we have ever offered in an auction” , said Buddy Lee, president of Seven Hills.

Specialty hospitals in Wichita, Kansas, and Edmond, Oklahoma, were previously used as acute long-term care facilities. “These facilities are suitable for many uses, including healthcare, rehabilitation, or education,” Lee said.

Waterfront home in Crawfordville features a combination crow’s nest and widow’s walk with 360-degree views of Apalachee Bay, Walkers Creek, and St. Mark’s Lighthouse, plus a dock floating and a static dock.

“We also have a good selection of single-family residences, which will appeal to investors who may have had difficulty securing properties over the past year,” Lee said. The offerings include homes in Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi.

Commercial parcels include a bank branch in Brewton, Alabama; a commercial building in Magee, Mississippi, and 12.18 acres of land on Interstate 640 in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The call for tenders is in progress at www.7hauctions.com. People wanting additional information can call 800-742-9165. Auctions will end on August 10.

Tallahassee-based Seven Hills Auctions sells a wide range of assets nationwide, including commercial and residential real estate, businesses, farmland and bank-owned properties.
